Software Engineer Backend

About the Role

Join Spott's engineering team to build the backend of our AI-native recruitment platform. You'll work with TypeScript and Node.js to develop core product features and infrastructure that scales with our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Backend development of the recruitment platform using TypeScript and Node.js
• Build core product features and code improvements supporting customer growth
• Participate in product refinement, brainstorming, and prioritization sessions
• Collaborate in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• Minimum 2 years backend development experience
• Passion for complex technical challenges and scalable software design
• Experience with AI-driven applications (prompt engineering or fine-tuning preferred)
• Growth mindset focused on learning and experimentation
