About the Role
As Senior Account Executive at Spott, you'll manage the complete US sales cycle for our AI-native recruitment platform. You'll generate pipeline and close deals through both remote and in-person approaches, representing Spott at events across the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US sales cycle, generating pipeline and closing deals through both remote and in-person approaches
- Represent Spott at US events, conducting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations
- Collaborate with founders to refine sales strategies, tools, and operating cadence
- Collect US customer feedback and partner with product teams on improvements
Requirements
- 3-10 years of sales or business development experience in SaaS or recruitment sectors
- Established network or background in recruitment technology
- High energy, self-motivation, and competitive drive
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas with strong ownership
