About the Role
Recruitment is a $1 trillion+ industry still running on outdated software. Spott is the reset: the first AI-native recruitment platform, an ATS & CRM where agencies manage candidates, clients and jobs to close more placements faster. Backed by Y Combinator, headquartered in Leuven with offices in New York and Sydney, we already work with 500+ agencies in 30+ countries. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our ATS & CRM, ensuring everything we build is better than any existing version on the market.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Spott's ATS & CRM, deciding with the CEO where the product goes next.
- Build and lead the product team, including frontend and design, as we scale from 50 to 150 people.
- Run discovery with recruitment agencies across Europe, the US and APAC to find the problems worth solving.
- Prioritise ruthlessly with Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, ship fast and measure impact.
- Set up the product processes, rituals and metrics that keep us fast as the team grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies, including 2+ years leading product managers or a product function.
- A background in engineering or as a software engineer, so you can work closely with engineers on tradeoffs, architecture and scope.
- A proven track record of shipping products customers love, from discovery to launch to iteration.
- A product-obsessed standard: you don't ship anything that isn't better than what's already on the market.
What We Offer
- A highly competitive salary plus a meaningful stock option package.
- A seat at the leadership table of a Series A company with offices in Leuven, New York and Sydney.
- Full ownership of the product direction, with tangible impact on where the company goes, inside a highly ambitious team.
- Great team vibe with regular dinners, sports activities and international offsites.

Outp(l)ace everyone.
