UI/UX Designer

About the Role

As UI/UX Designer at Spott, you'll design sleek, easy-to-use interfaces that scale and look good enough for the marketing team to feature on the website. You'll turn complex requirements into clear user flows and high-fidelity designs, working closely with frontend, product, and the founders to deliver the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design sleek, easy-to-use UI that scales and is marketing-ready
• Turn complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Use user feedback and product data to continuously improve usability and visual quality
• Work closely with frontend engineers, product, and the founders

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software, or a digital product agency
• Able to sketch and rapidly prototype, and to facilitate cross-functional UX discussions
• Solid hands-on experience with product design tools like Figma
• Experience with research tools such as Dovetail, Maze, or Hotjar is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Resilient and comfortable in a high-pace, rapidly-changing environment
