UI/UX Designer

About the Role

As UI/UX Designer at Spott, you'll create intuitive, scalable UI suitable for marketing and website features. You'll transform complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with frontend, product, and founders.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, scalable UI suitable for marketing and website features
• Transform complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Leverage user feedback and product metrics to enhance usability and aesthetics
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product teams, and founders on customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant design experience in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software, or digital agencies
• Proficiency sketching and rapid prototyping with cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on expertise with Figma
• Familiarity with research tools like Dovetail, Maze, or Hotjar (or willingness to learn)
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with resilience
