Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Spott is a YC-backed AI startup on a mission to transform recruitment. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build the team that builds Spott, scaling us from 30 to 60 people across offices in Belgium, New York, and Sydney. You'll use Spott's own AI-native ATS and CRM daily, getting direct feedback access to our developers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring: sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Build a scalable onboarding and review foundation to ramp up every new Spotter.
• Set up talent intelligence for hard-to-fill roles, building a candidate database across roles and geographies.
• Recruit using Spott's platform plus partner tools and integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven results in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals; ability to manage multiple searches in engineering, sales, and customer success.
• High energy, strong ownership, and a drive to learn and build processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
• Product love and testing software are a big plus; your feedback will shape Spott.
