About the Role
Spott is a YC-backed AI startup on a mission to transform recruitment. We're building the first AI-native platform (ATS & CRM) for agency recruiters. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll build the team that builds Spott, scaling from 30 to 60 people across Belgium, New York, and Sydney in the next 12 months. You'll use our own platform daily, sitting alongside the people building it.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring execution: sourcing, first interviews, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Build a scalable foundation for onboarding and reviews to ramp up every new Spotter fast and support continuous growth.
- Set up talent intelligence for hard-to-fill roles: map where our best people come from and build a candidate database across roles and geographies.
- Recruit with Spott's AI-native ATS & CRM, plus the tools of all partners and integrations.
Requirements
- Highly driven talent acquisition or agency recruiter with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing) and measurable results.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals) and the ability to run multiple searches across engineering, sales, and customer success simultaneously.
- High energy, strong ownership, and a relentless drive to learn and win; comfortable in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch/French are a plus).
- Product curiosity and a love for testing software are a big plus: your feedback will directly shape the product.
