About the Role

As Senior Software Engineer at Spott, you'll set technical direction for our backend systems while leading design discussions and code reviews as the team scales. You'll work with TypeScript and Node.js on a platform reshaping a $1T+ industry.

Responsibilities

• Backend development using TypeScript and Node.js
• Build core product features and improve code quality

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• Minimum 4 years backend development experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with pragmatic technical decision-making
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architecture decisions
• AI application experience preferred (prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
