Senior Account Executive (US On-site)
About the Role
As Senior Account Executive at Spott, you'll own the entire US sales motion as we expand into the US market. You'll generate pipeline and close deals through remote and in-person engagement, representing Spott at events while working closely with founders.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire US sales motion, including pipeline generation and deal closure across remote and in-person channels
- Represent Spott at US events, conducting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations
- Collaborate with founders on refining sales processes, tools, and operating cadence
- Gather customer feedback from the US market and partner with product on improvements
Requirements
- 3-10 years of sales or business development experience in SaaS or recruitment sectors
- Strong professional network or background within recruitment technology
- High energy, self-motivation, and competitive drive
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas with strong closing rates
