Product Designer

About the Role

Spott is a YC-backed AI startup in Leuven on a mission to transform recruitment, a $700B+ industry stuck on outdated methods. We are building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers agency recruiters to close more placements and helps everyone find the right job more easily. As a Product Designer, you will uphold the standard of design, look and feel, and ease of use across everything we ship. You will turn complex requirements into sleek, scalable UI and own the end-to-end user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design sleek, easy-to-use UI that scales and is polished enough for marketing to feature on the website and in materials
• Turn complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Use user feedback and product data to continuously improve usability and visual quality
• Work closely with frontend, product, and the founders to deliver the best customer experience
• Rapidly prototype and sketch, collaborating with teams to visualize end-to-end UX journeys and facilitate cross-functional UX discussions

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software, or within a digital product agency
• Solid hands-on experience with product design tools like Figma
• Ability to sketch and rapidly prototype, collaborating with teams to visualize end-to-end UX journeys
• Experience with research and feedback tools such as Dovetail, Maze, Hotjar, or similar platforms is a plus, or willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a high-pace, rapidly-changing environment with resilience and comfort dealing with ambiguity
