Business Development Representative
About the Role
As Business Development Representative at Spott, you'll help build our outbound motion from the ground up, working closely with the GTM team and a dedicated senior Account Executive as your mentor. It's a launchpad into the full sales cycle at a hyper-growth, YC-backed startup.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound pipeline generation through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn
- Book and qualify meetings for the sales team
- Join sales calls to learn the full cycle
- Research target accounts and help shape outreach messaging
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years in a sales development, business development, or junior sales role
- Hands-on outbound or prospecting experience: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn
- High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to learn and win
- Clear, confident communication in English (Dutch/French a plus) and curiosity about sales technology and recruitment software
