Account Executive
About the Role
Spott is a YC-backed AI startup on a mission to transform the $700B+ recruitment industry. We are building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that helps recruiters close more placements. As an early Account Executive, you will own the full sales motion, converting inbound demand into closed deals while shaping our sales process alongside a founder.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales motion, primarily converting inbound demand, complemented by targeted outbound.
- Run discovery calls, demos, and live sales conversations across remote and in-person channels.
- Represent Spott at events, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations.
- Work closely with a founder to refine sales process, tooling, and operating cadence.
- Gather customer feedback and partner with the product team to improve the product.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales or business development experience in SaaS or recruitment.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.
- Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates.
- Background or network in recruitment technology is a plus.
