Account Executive
About the Role
As Account Executive at Spott, you'll own the full sales motion, primarily converting inbound demand into closed deals, complemented by targeted outbound. You'll run discovery calls, demos, and live sales conversations, and work closely with a founder to refine the sales process and operating cadence.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales motion, converting inbound demand into closed deals plus targeted outbound
- Run discovery calls, demos, and live sales conversations across remote and in-person channels
- Represent Spott at events, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations
- Work closely with a founder to refine sales process, tooling, and operating cadence
- Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product
Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales or business development in SaaS or recruitment
- High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win
- Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and high close rates
- A network or background in recruitment (tech) is a plus
