About the Role
As Account Executive at Spott, you'll manage full sales cycles for our AI-native recruitment platform. You'll focus on inbound conversions with targeted outbound, conducting discovery calls, demos, and live sales conversations both remote and in-person.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycles, emphasizing inbound conversions plus targeted outbound
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and sales conversations (remote and in-person)
- Represent Spott at events, webinars, and live sales meetings
- Collaborate with founders to refine sales processes and efficiency metrics
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team
Requirements
- 1-5 years in SaaS or recruitment sales/business development
- High energy with relentless drive to achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and maintain strong close rates
- Recruitment industry experience or connections preferred
