About the Role

As our Senior Account Executive, you'll own the complete US sales strategy - building pipeline, closing deals, and representing Spott at events across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete US sales strategy, building pipeline and closing deals
  • Represent Spott at US events, conducting meetings and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with founders on refining processes and operational efficiency
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of sales or business development in SaaS or Recruitment
  • Strong network or background in recruitment technology
  • High energy, self-motivation, and competitive drive
  • Proven track record exceeding sales quotas with strong close rates
