About the Role
As our Senior Account Executive, you'll own the complete US sales strategy - building pipeline, closing deals, and representing Spott at events across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete US sales strategy, building pipeline and closing deals
- Represent Spott at US events, conducting meetings and sales presentations
- Collaborate with founders on refining processes and operational efficiency
- Gather customer feedback for product improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3-10 years of sales or business development in SaaS or Recruitment
- Strong network or background in recruitment technology
- High energy, self-motivation, and competitive drive
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas with strong close rates
