Customer Success Specialist
About the Role
As Customer Success Specialist, you'll manage onboarding and implementation for SMB clients, deliver day-to-day support, and work alongside founders to optimize internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and implementation for SMB clients from setup through launch
- Deliver day-to-day support via email, chat, and calls
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product teams on improvements
- Work alongside founders to optimize internal processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, support, or similar SaaS client-facing roles
- Strong English communication skills (Dutch/French beneficial)
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn and experiment
- Recruitment tech or agency recruiting experience preferred
