About the Role
As Account Executive at Spott, you'll manage sales opportunities from initial contact through closure, primarily with inbound leads. You'll conduct sales conversations via remote and in-person formats.

- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales processes and execution
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team
Requirements
- 1-5 years experience in sales, pre-sales, account management, or business development within SaaS or recruitment
- High energy and self-motivation with commitment to continuous learning
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and achieving strong close rates
